Coffee farm landscape in tropical mountains

Our Journey

Troubadour Coffee Roasters began with a simple idea: focus on the bean.

From the beginning, the goal wasn’t to be everything for everyone, but to pursue quality above all else. That meant working with exceptional coffees, roasting in small batches, and treating coffee the way many treat fine wine — appreciating the character of each origin and each farm.

Over time, Troubadour evolved from local farmers markets into a roastery built around carefully sourced coffees and relationships with growers who share the same commitment to quality.

Sustainability

At Troubadour, sustainability begins with the people who grow the coffee.

We pay above fair price for our coffees and work directly with growers whenever possible so more of the value goes back to the farms. Because we focus on high-specialty coffee, our pricing is driven by quality and long-term relationships rather than commodity markets.

By building direct connections with producers and supporting responsible farming practices, we aim to ensure every coffee we roast reflects both exceptional quality and respect for the people behind it.

Tony DiCorpoOwner & Founder

Tony built Troubadour around a simple philosophy: exceptional coffee begins with exceptional beans.

By focusing on single-farm and micro-lot coffees and roasting them to highlight their natural character, Troubadour offers coffees meant to be enjoyed the way people enjoy fine wine — for their origin, their story, and their flavor.
