Coffee Buying Guide

Troubadour Coffee Roasters offers a rotating selection of specialty micro-lot coffees from farms around the world. Each coffee highlights the unique flavors of its origin and varietal.

Troubadour coffees are single-origin micro-lots sourced directly from individual farms or small producer groups. These coffees showcase the distinct character of each growing region.

Yes. All of our coffees are roasted in small batches to highlight the natural flavors of the beans rather than heavy roasting flavors.

Coffee tasting notes describe the natural flavors found in the coffee, such as fruit, chocolate, or caramel. These notes come from the coffee’s origin, varietal, and processing method.

If you enjoy bright and fruity flavors, try coffees with tasting notes like citrus or stone fruit. If you prefer richer flavors, look for coffees with chocolate, caramel, or nutty notes.

Micro-lot coffees come from small, carefully selected portions of a farm’s harvest. They are often higher quality and have more distinctive flavor profiles.

All of our coffees are shipped as whole beans to preserve freshness and allow you to grind them just before brewing.

Our selection changes throughout the year as new harvests arrive from different coffee-growing regions around the world.
