Shipping policy
At Troubadour Coffee Roasters, we roast coffee in small batches and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure freshness.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will usually ship the following Monday.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method:

USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states) and may offer shipping to Canada.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed within 24–48 hours of the initial order.
Future shipments are sent on or around the same date each month based on your selected frequency.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
