Fresh roasted coffee beans are best enjoyed within 2–4 weeks after roasting. During this time the coffee’s natural aromas and flavors are at their peak. Whole beans stay fresh longer than pre-ground coffee, so grinding just before brewing will give you the best flavor. To maintain freshness, store coffee in an airtight container at room temperature away from light, heat, and moisture.
