Refund & Returns Policy

At Troubadour Coffee Roasters, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an issue arises with your order.

 

Coffee Orders

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases.

However, if there is an issue with your order — such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item — please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

 

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue, please email us at:

We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

 

Substitutions

Occasionally, a coffee may become unavailable after your order is placed.

In these cases, we will contact you to offer a comparable replacement or give you the option to wait for the next roast.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled as long as they have not been picked up by the shipping carrier.

Because we often roast and fulfill orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make changes.

 

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will work with you to determine the best resolution.

 

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same policy as standard coffee purchases.

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

 

Barista Training Classes

Barista training classes are non-refundable once booked.

However, you may reschedule your class within one year, based on availability.

 

Green Coffee

Green (unroasted) coffee beans follow the same policy as roasted coffee and are not eligible for return once purchased.
