Subscription Policy
Overview
By purchasing a subscription from Troubadour Coffee Roasters, you agree to receive recurring shipments of coffee based on your selected delivery frequency.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed automatically based on your chosen frequency (e.g., monthly).
Your payment method will be charged at the time of each renewal unless the subscription is modified or canceled beforehand.
First Order & Ongoing Shipments
Your first subscription order is processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
Future orders are processed and shipped on or around the same date each cycle, depending on your selected frequency.
Managing Your Subscription
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

(If account-based management becomes available, customers may also manage subscriptions directly through their account.)
Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your next billing date.
Product Availability
Because we work with small-batch and micro-lot coffees, availability may vary.
If a selected coffee becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement or provide the option to wait for the next roast.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders follow the same policy as standard purchases.
Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable product, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Shipping
Subscription orders are shipped according to our standard shipping timelines. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Changes to Subscription Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting.
