Have a question about your order, subscription, or training class? You’ll likely find the answer below — otherwise feel free to reach out.Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will usually ship the following Monday.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days with USPS Priority Mail depending on your location. Ground shipping may take longer.
Yes. Orders can be changed or canceled as long as they have not been picked up by the carrier. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Classes may be canceled, but are non-refundable. You may reschedule within one year based on availability.

If a coffee becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar offering of equal quality. We will also contact you so you can choose to accept the replacement or wait for the next roast.
