More than a refill
The work behind your coffee matters. Picking ripe cherries, tending the drying beds and sorting carefully all take time, attention and skill.
At Finca Terrerito, the Lopez family oversees the coffee from planting and harvest through milling, drying and export. The people and decisions behind a lot are part of its story.
Hand-picking, careful drying and sorting protect the quality of the coffee before it reaches the roastery.
We pay above Fair Trade prices, buying directly from growers or through import partners with direct grower relationships.
Tony roasts in small batches, developing sweetness, balance and body while keeping the coffee’s individual character clear.

Selected and roasted in Cleveland
The farm, the processing and the roast all contribute to what you taste. Tony chooses coffees for their distinct character, then develops each roast so those details can come through.
Your bag includes origin, process and tasting information, so you can get to know the coffee as you brew it.

Find your amount
Start with the grams of coffee you use each day. These estimates use 18 g per brew; a larger mug or shared pot may use more.
| Per shipment | 18 g brews | At 2 brews a day |
|---|---|---|
| 1 lb | About 25 | About 12 days |
| 2 lb | About 50 | About 25 days |
| 3 lb | About 75 | About 37 days |
| 4 lb | About 100 | About 50 days |
A useful starting point: At two 18 g brews a day, 2 lb lasts about 25 days. For monthly delivery, allow a little extra for longer months, guests or larger brews.
