Each profile is designed for a specific purpose. Light roast profiles enhance brightness and clarity, while espresso profiles are balanced for crema, extraction, and machine performance.
If you're using distilled or very soft water, adding minerals can significantly improve flavor and consistency. Even with regular water, results can vary depending on your local supply.
All of our coffees are shipped as whole beans to preserve freshness and allow you to grind them just before brewing.
